Cody Jinks Prepares For Late Night & Releases Pink Floyd Cover

Cody Jinks will make his late-night TV debut on Conan on Thursday, January 26th, performing his hit “I’m Not The Devil” from his recently released new album of the same name. The performance will take place one night before his sold-out show at LA’s Troubadour.

But first Cody has a treat for fans with a cover of Pink Floyd’s 1975 classic, “Wish You Were Here”. The faithful cover sees Cody trading in some of the song’s more technicolor psychedelica for slide guitar and Cody‘s signature twang.

Check it out here:

2016 was a banner year for Jinks, selling over 80k independent albums and releasing his latest effort “I’m Not The Devil” which debuted at #4 on Billboard’s Country Albums chart, the highest and most impressive standing of his career.

Cody toured extensively following the album’s release, including a sold-out, three-night run at Nashville’s Third and Lindlsey in December.  Fans can expect to see a great deal of new music from Jinks in 2017 in addition to his cover of Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here”, as well as a new album towards the end of the year.

Justin Moore Basks In Neon Light For “Somebody Else Will” Music Video

Justin Moore trades his signature Country setting for a neon-filled club with today’s music video premiere for “Somebody Else Will.” Scenes capture the platinum-selling entertainer’s edgy performance split with a tension-building night out narrative, filmed at The Sutler in Nashville.

Moore teamed up with director Shane Drake to once again bring lyrics like…

Cause somebody else will / If I don’t walk up and ask you your name / Right now, offer to buy you a drink / Sit down and tell you your looks could kill / Somebody else will” to life.

Check out the video for “Somebody Else Will” here.

Shane and I have worked together a lot throughout my career,” said Moore. “He always does a great job of getting shots of me that portray the music and that’s a talent.” “This song is super freaking cool and for this shoot day I really wanted to match that with the visuals. We are in a VIP underground club that has a futuristic/neon/Bladerunner vibe which you don’t typical associate with Country.” Added Drake.

Moore debuted “Somebody Else Will” on NBC’s TODAY, chatting with hosts Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford in November. The second single serves as a follow up to the Arkansas native’s sixth No. 1 “You Look Like I Need A Drink” off “Kinda Don’t Care”.

Currently on the road with the “American Made Tour”, Moore will kick-off the second weekend of dates with co-headliner Lee Brice this weekend.

Country Favorites Bring Heartbreak And “Amnesia” To Conan

This week the Josh Abbott Band headed to late night to perform their current single “Amnesia” on Conan marking the band’s second national television performance for their current album release ‘Front Row Seat.’ Check it out here!

The band also surprised Conan with a special guitar that was handmade by their guitar tech, Dusty Gregg (owner Gregg Guitars) just for him and gifted it to him backstage. I think he liked it…

“Amnesia” is a heart-wrenching single off of the band’s last album ‘Front Row Seat,’ which NPR hailed as “brilliant” and Entertainment Weekly called “honest” and “affecting.”

The band is currently on the road on their ‘Live it While You Got It’ tour in support of the album, with dates in New York, California, Texas, and many more…
